This Sancerre Rosé is made from Pinot Noir in France's Loire Valley. It is salmon pink with violet undertones. The nose is intense, with the light, milky tones of summer fruits alongside livelier notes of redcurrant. The palate is soft on the attack and full bodied, with citrus and grapefruit zest and a crisp, round acidity that runs into a long finish.
The Crochet family has cultivated the hills of Bué since the 16th century. Jean-Marc joined his father in 1980, and Mathieu followed in 2007. Together they bring care and attention to their work in the vines, and they welcome visitors to their tasting room to discover their wines.
