The youngest of the brandies in this typical Bas-Armagnac blend was aged in oak barrels, in our cellars, for at least 15 years.. Named for the Grassa family, which settled in the Chateau du Tariquet in 1912, this is made from a blend of Ugni Blanc and Baco grapes. Here, a heady vanilla tone mixes with a fresh apple flavor, leading to a hint of rich butterscotch and a surprisingly delicate white-flower note on the finish. Pair with tarte Tatin.. Ugni-blanc 60% Baco 40%. An intense bouquet, steeped with the aromas of freshly baked bread, toast and underlying candied fruit. Fresh, supple and well-rounded on the palate, revealing a subtle union of vanilla oak and fruit. Good length, with the aromas of dried fruit and toast on the finish. Liquor
