Le Champ-Chenin comes from a clay-limestone soil from the Chenin grape variety called "pineau de la loire". The white Chinon wine is pressed at low pressure into pre-sorted whole grapes and then gradually fermented at 20 ° C and kept on its fine lie before bottling. Lively in its youth with its citrus and exotic aromas, this dry white wine improves with aging slowly and for a long time developing more subtle aromas on a unique velvety fat.
